click Extensions -> Add-ons -> Get add-ons -> search U301 URL Shortener

Usage

Try to use function U301 to shorten the target cell. The link in the cell must starts with protocol http:// or https://.

For example, if there is a link https://github.com in cell A1, you can use =U301(A1) to shorten it.
